As a bilingual Chinese-English-speaking business professional with 13 years of real-world experience in international business working with people from various countries, I started my career as an international salesperson in charge of business development and customer communication in the European and American markets in 2012.

Since 2015, I have worked as an independent business consultant & solution provider in China, helping small and medium-sized Western businesses (SMBs) or businesspeople navigate challenges related to China and boost their business operational efficiency.

Over the past decade, I have successfully assisted several Western companies in tackling various issues in China, achieving high customer satisfaction and building long-term business relationships. I have also worked with colleagues and customers in 15 countries in Europe, the Americas, and Asia., including Austria, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, The Netherlands, China, Pakistan, Singapore, Sweden, The United States, and Uruguay.

Through those experiences, I have enhanced my professional skills and become aware of how can I utilize my vast expertise to help Western small and medium-sized businesses succeed in China.
